For those who appreciate the PIONEER MONITOR 10

I'm one of the few, but I've always felt that the pads didn't seal well, and the delightful sound was leaking out from under my ears.

So, I tried various thick and silky pads to compensate for the weak clamping force of the Monitor 10, and I finally found this product.

It's originally made for the MDR-HW700 by a Chinese manufacturer called Dongguam Shipai Heyu Ear Sleeve Product Factory, and it measures 11cm x 9cm x 4cm. I'm using nano tape to attach it.

It's velvety, so it doesn't feel too tight, and I can appreciate it for a fairly long time even with glasses on.

The bass is slightly boosted, giving the soundstage a more powerful feel.
