This dollhouse was used by a child for several years as a home for Licca-chan and Barbie dolls. The floor has been covered with wallpaper due to stains, including a slime spill. The wallpaper is a relatively weak sticker type, so it can be easily replaced with wallpaper of your choice.

There is some peeling wallpaper on the second-floor living room and the third-floor door. Please check the photos for details.

There may be a few discoloration due to age and wear. Purchase is only possible for those who understand the nature of used goods.

The furniture has scratches and stains. It will be included if you wish.

This dollhouse is not only suitable for Licca-chan dolls, but also as a display case for idols, anime figures, or as a "oshi no ie" (a house dedicated to your favorite character/idol). The staircase would be a terrific place to display acrylic stands!

An LED light has been added, leaving various tape residue on the back of the house where the cable is secured. Please see photos 11, 12, and 13.
