I am not sure if this is made of sterling, stainless steel or both??I can say, it's non tarnishing. Although I really never wore it, it's been in a jewelry box for about three years. I have no clue what the letters actually mean.... lol! It's adjustable, nearly recent and super cute! I would fancy to see it go to someone who will love it and wear it!!
