SIZE: 27.5cm / US9.5The AIR MAX 97 UL'17/SKEPTA is a collaboration model with SKEPTA, an MC who leads the Grime scene, a just-arrived form of rap music from the UK.The design is inspired by Essaouira, a city in western Marrakech, Morocco, where SKEPTA traveled.He feels that London and Marrakech have many things in common. He felt the energy he saw on the streets of his hometown, London, in Marrakech, which he visited on a trip.He calls Marrakech his second home, and this model is a design that pays homage to these two cities.The AIR TUNED MAX he bought in London at the time was the first AIR MAX he ever owned, and its special design with an iridescent shine and eye-catching yellow AIR unit are incorporated into this latest model.The woven details on the heel and tongue were inspired by the clothing that SKEPTA was captivated by on the streets of Marrakech, and the insole logo design is inspired by AIR MAX PLUS, another of SKEPTA's favorites.
