This appears to be nicely handmade-
With a 42-inch bust, I believe this is going to fit a x-large size, but please refer to the actual measurements below for a proper fit

This is in remarkably nice preowned condition. I find a holes tears or stains. The last image is showing the dress with a belt, this is not included but gives you an idea of a few of the ways the dress could be worn.
