This gorgeous little creamer was made by the WS George Argosy company and is stamped with their Argosy Ivory mark. It has a ruffled rim and Argosy style handle. The bright red purple and yellow flower spray are on each side. I believe this is a hospitality piece and was most likely used in a restaurant or hotel. I tried to date it and come up with 1920s to 30s (see pics). A beautiful serving piece for collectors. The only thing that keeps this from being in splendid condition is a tiny flea bite at the rim (see pic) and SOLD AS IS. Minor crazing or crackling for its age. It measures approximately 3 1/4 tall at the highest spot and approximately 4 3/4 wide from spout to the tip of the handle. It is a very neat old creamer. see all photos
