The set is in good, gently used condition and is partially complete. All 4 train cars are included. However, only 23 track pieces are present, all of which are curved pieces. The remote control and Santa bell are missing from the set. Battery compartment for the main locomotive is clean and the locomotive turns on and beeps when batteries are inserted (meaning it is waiting for the remote control, which I do not have).
